Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We offer **FREE SHIPPING** on all orders of **$100 USD or more** (before taxes and after any discounts applied).
For orders under $100 USD, a flat shipping fee of **$6.99 USD** applies.
*Please note:* Free shipping threshold applies to subtotal after discounts and excludes gift cards, taxes, and shipping charges.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
4. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

**Important for international orders:** Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may be charged upon delivery. Jay Nicholson is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. For international shipments, we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning any duties or taxes are collected at the time of delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days** of the expected delivery date at **support@jaynicholson.com**. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Jay Nicholson is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following locations due to carrier restrictions:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands)
